Hratch Jabrayan

Chief Executive Officer/Director

Mr. Hratch Jabrayan, Galloper’s newly-appointed CEO, is an accomplished, high-energy and values-driven business leader with a proven track record of operational growth, efficiency, bottom-line success, and wealth creation with resource and non-resource entities in North America and around the world. He brings more than two decades of high-level resource sector experience to Galloper, including 7 years with Dundee Precious Metals where he advanced the company’s interests in Armenia and globally.

Bryan Loree

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Loree has held senior accounting roles for public and private companies in various industries including renewable energy, exploration, and construction. Prior to entering the accounting field, Mr. Loree gained experience as an investor relations manager. He holds a Certified Management Accountant designation, a Financial Management Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and a BA from Simon Fraser University.

Nader Elm

Director

Nader Elm is a seasoned senior executive with extensive global experience in business leadership, strategic planning, and operations across technology, media, telecoms, aerospace, and mining industries. Known for building high-performance teams and leading complex, high-pressure projects, Nader has thrived in both dynamic start-up environments and heavily structured multi-billion-dollar enterprises, often serving as a transformational leader and intrapreneur. He has operated in restructuring, turnaround, and net-new business development contexts, with expertise in corporate development, VC, and PE modalities. Most recently, as Founder and CEO of Exyn Technologies, a spin-out from the University of Pennsylvania’s GRASP Labs, he built the team to 70+, raised $61M, developed award-winning AI robotics products, and drove rapid revenue growth through global partnerships. Previously, at IMAX Corporation, he was Senior VP of Strategy & Corporate Development, where he grew the IMAX Private Theatre venture into a $20M+ business, laying the foundation for the company’s move into the home market. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Rogers Digital Media, Bell Canada, and Blue Spark Media, where he drove strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and new business development. Nader holds a B.Eng (Hons) from University College London and an MBA from London Business School.

Dr. Iliya Garkov

Director

Dr. Garkov is the Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer for Dundee Precious Metals (TSX: DPM). He has over three decades of international mining experience in Bulgaria, Australia and Armenia. Since 2003, when DPM acquired its assets in Bulgaria, he has held a number of leadership roles within the company and was appointed to his current position in February 2024, helping grow the Toronto-based producer’s profitability and its market capitalization to approximately $2.5 billion. Dr. Garkov has a PhD in mining engineering from the University of Mining and Geology St. Ivan Rilski in Bulgaria and is a graduate of the London Business School Senior Executive Programme.

Mark Scott

Director

Mr. Mark Scott was Galloper’s founding CEO in 2022 and helped guide the company to its March 2024 public listing. As Head of Manitoba Operations for Vale Canada’s Nickel Division through 2018, he managed a combined annual OPEX and CAPEX budget of greater than $500 million (USD) including a workforce of approximately 1,875. He has more than 25 years of experience in all phases of surface and underground mining, metallurgical processing, and associated service and support functions.

Peter Lauder, P.Geo.

Director

Mr. Lauder is a senior level mine and exploration geologist with more than 20 years’ experience (Goldcorp, IAMGOLD and BHP Canada) in the design, implementation and management of underground and surface exploration projects. He has managed all aspects of mining and exploration projects from early to advance stage, to full production with emphasis on safety and process driven exploration leading to successful resource estimation and project development.

Jan Urata

Corporate Secretary

Jan Urata is the Founder and President of Take It Public Services Inc. since 2011, a highly motivated legal support service for top tier and junior issuers in a variety of industry sectors. She is well versed in taking corporate entities from initial seed capital stage to publicly listed status. Her services include corporate secretarial to regulatory filings to complex transactions while offering corporate sustainability through cost-effective, efficient and timely services. Her business model focuses on performance, attention to detail and results, ensuring success and quality of work, with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. The business grew out of her years of experience as a legal secretary/paralegal in top Vancouver law firms. She is also Corporate Secretary of several TSX Venture Exchange and Canadian Securities Exchange issuers.

 

Bill de Jong, Lawyer

Corporate Legal Counsel, Securities Specialist

Mr. de Jong is a capital markets specialist in the areas of securities (regulatory and stock exchange ‎compliance), mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance, working with both investment banks and ‎issuers. ‎He is experienced as both in-house counsel and as a corporate ‎development professional for publicly listed companies, and as a director for multiple public, private and not-for-profit entities.

Danielle Fernandes

Director, Corporate Communications

Ms. Fernandes is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, activist, speaker, and writer, working with clients ranging from large corporations to non-profits. Her diverse background includes sports marketing stints in the NHL, WHL and CFL. She is passionate about plant-based diets and animal advocacy, supporting various charities across Canada. Ms. Fernandes is also a big fan of the Montreal Canadiens and the Quebec Remparts of the QMJHL. 

Sarah Bramley

Director, Community Relations

Sarah Bramley has nearly two decades of experience in the non-profit sector, significantly enhancing volunteer engagement, raising organizational profiles, and securing financial contributions. Recognized as one of Canada’s top 150 philanthropists in 2017, she has a passion for developing sustainable social services and leading impactful fundraising initiatives both locally and internationally.
